Finance Department

The module of Financial Department gathers all data generated by the daily operation of a hospital and transforms them into financial figures. Info health Finance Department is the first information system that successfully implemented PD 146 and PD 113 and provides functions of accounting circuits: Public general accounting and Analytical accounting in an integrated form. The module covers processes of expenses and revenue budget, issuance & management of all kinds of payment orders including their settlement.

Via the module of Assets the user may fully manage assets, ( receival, registry of location, depreciation and destruction ) all in complete interaction with the module of Financial Dep.

MIS

The Info health system includes an integrated function of monitoring and issuing statistics for entire system with numerous supervisory screens and printouts for all hospital departments.

Outpatient Department

The module of Outpatient department includes a complete circuit of programming and managing appointments, issuing statistic reports - referential diagnostic tests, managing patient visit on site, monitoring the daily revenue.

Admission Department

The module of Admission department includes a complete circuit of patient treatment management, complete patient registry & hospitalization records ( admission, discharge ). Especially for EOPYY patients the system intefaces with EOPYY in order to make individual or massive admissions and/or discharge announcements. Furthermore there are numerous supervisory screens and printouts issuing statistic reports including NSSG.

Billing department

The module of Billing department includes a complete circuit of monitoring liquidation / billing both of individuals and social security as well as partial / full settlement of invoices. Especially for EOPYY the system complies with all the specifications designated, culminating in electronic submission through the site of EOPYY via posting txt file of hl7 protocol.

Supplies Department

The module of Supplies department communicates interactively with all departments including the finance department for the receival of budget commitment requests. It includes management of competitions, processing of primary requests, monitoring contracts of assets, materials and services in connection with budget commitment requests, stock supervision of all departments. Furthermore there are numerous supervisory screens and printouts.

Materials Department

The module of Materials department includes the initialization of materials defining EKAPTY, GMDN and CPV codes, complete monitoring of orders to suppliers, receival & refund from suppliers, material outsourcing to other departments and outpatients, borrowing from or to other hospitals, material destruction, procedure of inventories, stock supervision of all storage areas and numerous supervisory screens and printouts.

Pharmacy Department

The module of Pharmacy department includes the initialization of drugs with ATC ranking and complete monitoring of orders to suppliers, receival & refund from suppliers, drugs and pharmaceutical material outsourcing to other departments, approving and outsourcing individual formularies of drugs and narcotics to patients, drugs outsourcing to outpatients, borrowing from or to other hospitals, material destruction, procedure of inventories, stock supervision of all storage areas and numerous supervisory screens and printouts.

Diet Department

The module of Diet department includes complete monitoring of orders to suppliers, receival & refund from suppliers, food outsourcing to other departments, setting diets per patient, procedure of inventories, stock supervision of all storage areas and numerous supervisory screens and printouts.

Radiation Department

The module of Radiation department includes a complete management circuit: definition of radiotherapy departments, machinery scheduling, holidays recording, treament descriptions in association with machinery types, session scheduling, monitoring session cancellation and or termination.

Chemotherapy Department

The module of Chemotherapy Department includes a complete management circuit: documenting chemotherapy protocols, chemotherapy planning where the physician may choose a protocol and create a calendar and pharmaceutical planning, waiting list configuration on calendar planning, admitting patients to short - term hospitalization, automated process of issuing discharge, creating individual formularies to be approved by Pharmacy.

Nursing Department

The module of Nursing department includes a complete management circuit: recording patients' transfers in other medical or nursing departments, ordering individual drug or narcotic formularies, non regular drugs or material outsourcing, requests of drugs or material supplies, documenting and updating patients' file and history, stock supervision.

Medical Department

The module of Medical department includes a complete management circuit: ordering medical exams, programming and confirming discharges, documenting and updating patients' file and history.

Heamodialysis Module

The Heamodialysis module is designed to manage dialysis sessions for patients with Chronic Kidney Disease. Users can schedule patient sessions and maintain a complete dialysis history per patient. The module also facilitates stock management for dialysis materials such as filters and needles, and incorporates web services to announce/report, in real time, every patient session to the EOPYY fund.

Surgical Wing Module

The Surgical Wing Module allows complete management of medical operations, including scheduling, recording surgery details (medical team, use of materials with barcode tracking, administered anesthesiology drugs, complications during the procedure ect), and stock management. Furthermore, the module includes features specific to supplier orders for new materials.

Link Patient

Complementary to the surgical wing module, link patient is a separate web software program created to facilitate transparency when it comes to surgery waiting lists. Every patient on the waiting list receives a unique code and an expected date for their operation, according to the severity of their condition. The module is public and every patient can require information about the scheduled operation and access a specific area of the module by logging to their personal account. The module is constantly updated with new info through data entries to the main HIS system.

Daily Treatment: Surgical Unit

This module is designed to manage daily treatments of patients who are scheduled to undergo minor medical operations. The daily treatment module is equipped to manage intakes and patient appointments as well as to record details of the surgical procedures. It is can operate as an autonomous module allowing users complete control and overview of their daily tasks.

Link Doctor

Hospitals often outsource lab exams to external labs due to funding or equipment shortages. Link Doctor is designed to manage lab test carried out by external labs by allowing external lab technicians remote access to hospital patient orders including the capacity to attach lab test results directly to the order.

Link Supplier

Complementary to the Finance Department, link suppliers offers direct access to the hospital by allowing suppliers overview of invoices. Suppliers can see and comment on every invoice they have sent to the hospital. Furthermore they can download payment history and inform hospital users about missing invoices. Link Suppliers also features a “Hospital role”, where every hospital can access all invoices and supplier comments for the sum total of the hospital’s suppliers.
